ENABLE Scotland is delighted to have been chosen as the charity beneficiary of The Scottish Italian Awards 2015.
ENABLE Scotland campaigns to fight discrimination and inequality and ensure that people who have learning disabilities are regarded as equal members of society. It also provides a wide range of person centred services designed to ensure that people who have learning disabilities can live the life they want and actively participate in their community.
The charity was founded in 1954 by five sets of parents, whose children had learning disabilities and ENABLE Scotland now supports more than 3,000 people who have a learning disability throughout Scotland.
Your support helps raise income for and the profile of a tremendous charity that works tirelessly to support people who have learning disabilities, living and working throughout Scotland.
